Free online wellness workshops for educators

Teachers, administrators, and other school staff are invited to free wellness workshops from Vecino Health Centers. Please join us to receive the support, skills, and information that is especially relevant to educators during these trying times. Vecino’s very experienced Licensed Professional Counselors lead the life workshop events.

Topic: Letting go of overthinking and unhelpful thoughts

This event will be presented by Clara Rosenzweig, LPC-S and Abby Majul, LPC.

Registration is required. Be sure to register by 5 pm on Wednesday, March 3 to receive your unique link to attend the free workshop.

Participants at the March session will receive a framework and strategies for identifying and reframing unhelpful thoughts. Practical experiences and tips to help manage overthinking will be featured. An opportunity for much-needed self-care will also be offered.

This training is offered at no cost, a certificate of attendance will be available.
