Kim Hoesl believes all people are entitled to health care, especially children, people with illnesses, and the elderly. A partner at Pickett Law Group, Kim has practiced commercial transactions, litigation, and probate law since 2003 and has argued before the First Court of Appeals in Houston and the Supreme Court of Texas. She joins Vecino’s board of directors in 2025, bringing strengths in governance, corporate counsel, and advocacy.

Kim knows firsthand what it means to go without care and how quickly its cost can overwhelm a family. She is glad for the chance to help provide health care access to those in need.
